Ingredients:
1 pound Lean ground turkey
6 oz Mushrooms, trimmed and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
Salt
Pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon Ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1.) Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat, stir in mushrooms, salt and pepper- about 10 minutes
2.) Stir in garlic and cook about 1 minute. Remove skillet from heat and stir in Worcestershire sauce & ketchup. Set aside until warm not hot.
3.) gently mix the mushroom and garlic mix with ground turkey. Separate 4 patties (or more, depending on what size you like) Heat large skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, cook patties for 4 minutes on eat side.
4.) add jalapeño on top with pepper jack cheese.
